Overheard in Wal*Mart
Okay... okay... don't give me a bunch of shit but I went into my local Walmart. S-I-G-H! BUT I did go in there and this is what I overheard in the sporting goods section (I was there buying the small Blue ice packs for my kids lunch box...) 3 young men with military style haircuts (in their late 20's early 30's) were standing in front of the ammunition with a sales clerk. 1st guy says to the other two guys - "Do you think we should just buy it all?" a short pause... 2nd guy says "All of it?" 1st guy, answering "Hell yeah, looks like we are going to need it." The sales clerk says "You going on a hunting trip?" 3rd guy answers "Nah, we know we wont be able to buy guns and ammo once that S.O.B.'s president." The clerk, an older African American gentleman stood there, looking over the top of his glasses and shook his head... He looked right at them and says "I voted for that S.O.B. and I believe your fear of losing your guns and ammunition is totally unwarranted but if you want to spend your money on it, it's fine with me."

I started cracking up as I walked past them... it was classic. The three guys bought a bunch of assorted ammunition - I wonder if they are storing it in the shed next to the chemical fertilizer?

17. I heard a similar discussion...and yes,
 in Walmart. It ended with one redneck type saying..."if he tries to take my guns away, I will sure give them to him...one bullet at a time" Sometimes I wonder what i am doing on this planet...must have been some huge cosmic error.

But at least the OP admits he's full of shit:

First Obama says don't worry I won't take away your guns.  Now a DUmbass says the same thing.  Given past records this means a 99.98% chance that Obama will do exactly that. Yes it will start with high taxes and onerous regulations to get around the Second Amendment and the recent SCOTUS decision but it's coming.

You know I go to Walmart at least a couple times a week and quite frequently visit the sporting goods department and I've never heard a conversation like this. I don't even think I've ever even heard a political conversation there, not even during election season.

They hate the military and they have no trouble in showing it when they post. This is beyond the pale since the military is what keeps them from having their heads dropped into a basket or their neither regions instead.

I had a conversation like that with the guy behind the counter at a local gun shop.  Another customer came in, who happened to be African-American.  He was stocking up as a precaution against the ascendancy of the gun-grabbers, too.
