Omaha Weeper Still Bragging - And Still Not Working

Well, well, well. The Omaha Weeper, who spends as much time lurking here as posting his boring labor drivel at the DUmp, is upset about our thread pointing out his pathetic bragging over a widescreen TV. Not working apparently pays real well in Omaha.

Anyway, now he's using a whine about our thread to remind the DUmpmonkeys once again that he has a new widescreen and they don't.

And while he's at it, he makes some kind of excuse about the comical grovelling he did last spring, trying to cadge a free room in Madison so he could polish his DUmp cred by helping to deface the marble in the Wisconsin Statehouse.

I'm waiting for his explanation of the thread he used to beg for free tickets to a Packers game, stipulating that they be aisle seats.

What a guy!! A freeloader, a whiner, a disability fraudster, and now a democrat candidate. The epitome of American organized labor.

First an I'm sorry to any REAL DUer that felt I was bragging about a new TV in our house. I should have pointed out it is our only big ticket item item this year. It was our Christmas to each other. My sole reason for the post was pointing out FOX NEWS was not offered on the net connected set. I know it bothers the Hole in the Wall Gang when they see a fact not fiction that they can't tolerate.

For those that can't connect the dots. Back when Madison, Wisconsin had over 100,000 people from out of town, I could not find a motel room. I still had my right arm in an immobilizer after surgery and couldn't even drive. By the time a room was offered (at my own cost) it was to late to go. So unless the (nameless) motel fairy has a wand for a room and didn't tell me about it, I looked for any place I could find. Said fairy that appears after the fact can stick the wand where the sun don't shine. It will be a tight fit up against his or her head.

You know, I just had a really terrible thought.  For my fellow Nebraskan, that is.

It was so bad even though I'd signed off, I had to sign on again.

If Omaha Steve's just discovered those two threads, he's probably barely scratched the surface, about what's been said about him in the DUmpster.

I don't like primitives lurking here--mostly because Skins doesn't want them to, and they should listen to Skins--but as long as they're going to lurk here, they might as well spend as much time here, as they do hanging around Skins's island.  The DUmpster's probably the biggest repository of primitive lore in the world.

Bragging about scoring a widescreen while on the dole is nothing compared to his DUmp history.

  If you're on the dole, there should be no "big ticket" items. 
I pay my own way in life, and we were comfortable getting only a small TV for the bedroom. 

Also, if you are "immobilized" due to surgery, why were you clamoring to join a teeming mob of mindless zombies?  Does our own Trav feel like risking her elbow work jostling and screaming with a mass of loons?  No, but she has the good sense God gave geese. 

I think it's hilarious how he made this post, justifying and explaining all this stuff.

I'm still curious as to why my fellow Nebraskan's been working as a part-time security guard when he's disabled.

Being a security guard demands physical agility.

I hope to God Omaha Steve's not one of those more-expensive security guards empowered to carry a firearm (I didn't notice), as that could be dangerous.

But he's already pretty dangerous; the floors of the Joslyn Art Museum in Omaha can be slippery, and if Omaha's Ed Norton slipped and fell on top of the visiting guest franksolich, well.....someone else would have to do the Top DUmmies of 2011 while I'm on a dish at the International House of Pancakes, with syrup on me.

Don't worry frank. The museum doesn't allow firearms to be carried by anyone . That job was a one time thing for him and it was more like him being a human door stop then real security anyway
