A neighbor just threatened us!
 I live in very liberal Santa Cruz county, but my street is some kind of bizarre McCain stronghold. There were 6 houses with McCain signs, which is very atypical for this area. Lots of Dems, but for some reason this cluster of Republicans.

So tonight when they called it for Obama, we shot off a couple of fireworks. People were out cheering already before we started, and we kept it brief. Then I hear a voice from one of the houses near us, "How'd you like a 9mm in your ass???"

Shit. Crazy ****ers.

'Cause I'm thinking this really happened.   :-)   I'm not too happy when fireworks start going off on non-firework holidays, either.  They disturb my peace.

Meh.  If it was a REAL conservative, it wouldn't have been a 9mm punk gun the NeoCom was being threatened with.  Real conservatives use calibers that begin with .4_ and are measured in REAL AMERICAN INCHES, not the ****in' Eurofag metric system.

Sounds like bouncy material to me.

We have a 9mm in the house, but it's my wife's self defense pistol.  I see it out of the corner of my eye in the gun cabinet when I'm rootin' around in there, and go "Awwww, how cute!"

Me, I carry enough (Hi-Cap) .45 ACP to make most anything "go home and re-think it's life".

There were fireworks uptown last night.......in all calibres. Just among the Obomber supporters tho. Saw a deputy getting off work at 6:00 am  after a 16 hour shift and he said it was quieter than expected. City council got 3 black new  memebers and the county council lost one so maybe it won't be "Reconstruction" all over again.

Exactly! Does the snarky Stallinist understand the gummint's take on lighting off or possession of illegal fireworks? Let alone the carbon pollution they create.
