About 200K Ohio voters have records discrepanciesCINCINNATI (AP) - Close to one in every three newly registered Ohio voters will end up on court-ordered lists being sent to county election boards because they have some discrepancy in their records, an elections spokesman said Wednesday.Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner estimated that an initial review found that about 200,000 newly registered voters reported information that did not match motor-vehicle or Social Security records, Brunner spokesman Kevin Kidder said. Some discrepancies could be as simple as a misspelling, while others could be more significant. The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati sided with the Ohio Republican Party on Tuesday and ordered Brunner to set up a system that provides those names to county elections boards. The GOP contends the information will help prevent fraud."Things already are in motion to comply," Kidder said. "We're working to establish these processes on how we can make this work. The computer work actually began last week."About 666,000 Ohioans have registered to vote since January. More
It isn't too late to throw out every voter registration filed by ACORN. By allowing these fraudulent votes in Ohio, they are negating legitimate votes in other states. Wouldn't that be covered under the Equal Protection Clause?
I don't think that's even possible. I think they would have to be excluded, one by one, by the individual county election commissions. and that is physically impossible.
Ohio's attorney general filed an emergency appeal to the U. S. Supreme Court late Wednesday night seeking to block a lower court decision that could cost many thousands of Ohio voters a chance to cast a regular ballot Nov. 4. The battleground state already has become the setting for a series of lawsuits over voter eligibility. About 660,000 new voters have registered since January with an edge to Democrats. The filing on behalf of Ohio's Democratic Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner contends that upholding a Tuesday decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit would create havoc on Election Day and cause many voters to cast "provisional" ballots that may or may not ultimately be tallied depending on judgments by local elections boards.
Brunner? She's doing everything she can to steal Ohio for Barack Hussein Obama: From: WaPoShe had said she'd comply with the court ruling, and turned right around and filed this appeal to let them cheat. I'm not an Ohio resident, but they need to impeach her over there.
This is bullshit. It takes 2 valid votes to offset ONE false registration. They need to break this shit down by street if they have to.When Ohio goes for 'O' by 98% it will be time to cry foul and grab the pitchforks.KC
Oh ye of little faith.Lord Obama will take Ohio with 105%.
this is really not impossible at all - honestly. get 200 people, give them each 1000 potentially bad registrations to work through. 48 hours at the most. 6 8-hour days. Done.
That 200K was the number that they know had discrepancies , there are 466K more that haven't been checked.
