I found some really disgusting pictures once upon a time of the 'utopia' that is Cuba which showed just what you are saying, frank. Elderly folks laying in filthy cots, nearly naked, sores, excrement and urine on the floor and obviously those and vomit staining the cots. That's primo healthcare there, y'all.
