they're going to pass it, if only because they have no idea what else to do.  the house would have probably passed it the first time around if nancy pelosi hadn't poisoned the well so badly.  it sucks, I know, but it's going to pass.

Here is what I wrote:

Our "government" creates this financial disaster by strong arming lending institutions into writing loans to under-qualified people in the name of "fairness"....and now wants to place a $700B burden on us....and our kids....to "fix" it?

This is not justice...this is financial tyranny and despotism....the strong and rich take the poor and weak....once by shell gaming the the market...and again by fleecing the taxpayers to "bail them out."

Vote NO on the bailout!  Let the free market correct itself.

I'm supremely pissed at McCain for voting in favor.

What's his big issue he's running on? Govt. Reform. He just voted in favor of a bill loaded with enough pork to make a...Well... something really big made of pork.

So much for putting "Country first."  :whatever:

I'm back to voting against Obama rather than for McCain.  :(
