The behavior we saw today out of Pam Bondi is not normal. She yelled, lied, accused people of a variety of things without any basis of proof, and deflected verifiable facts concerning Trump and numerous members of his administration. She shouted over elected officials who were trying to speak and dismissed questions she did not want to address.
To say she was unhinged is putting it mildly.

She had no sense of tact, decorum or professional demeanor. Logic, reason and ethics were absent in her performance. It is disturbing and alarming that someone with such inability to conduct herself in a professional, reasonable, controlled manner should be in a position of authority.

It was frankly chilling. This should be of concern to all of us.

Seeing plenty of posts of various quotes and clips from the hearing,  but not willing to sit through them cause I know there will be lots of editing and missing context.  Also not willing to sit through what appears to be 5 hours of testimony.  Any links to a good summary with the good, the bad (I'm sure there is some) and the ugly (also sure there is some of that too)?

Don't disagree that giving the D's what they dish out all the time isn't deserved, or that it doesn't give the best optics, but I want to know if anything really came out of these hearings, or is it all just smoke and mirrors, and are both sides of the aisle guilty of running said light show?  Did Bondi and Trump and the DOJ make promises they can't keep as far as what they have available to release?  Were there any real answers to why there aren't arrests and prosecutions being pushed?  Why weren't the victims who stood up interviewed by DOJ?  Are they actually victims?  Why aren't they dropping names publicly if they are?  Has DOJ been messing up and not properly redacting names and photos of victims?  Did the Ds just generate soundbites for their social media drones (literally and figuratively) to distribute?

This whole mess is serious, and needs to be put to rest properly, with guilty parties, whoever they are, regardless of party affiliation or net worth, named, prosecuted, convicted (if guilty) and serving appropriate time.  Instead it feels like everyone across ideological spectrums are generating a lot of static, keeping that from happening, and its getting real old.  /end rant

     I think the whole thing is a weird mess. At the core, however, anyone who doesn't just come out and say who did what to them is suspect to me. If they are under NDA, and/or have been paid, and that's why they don't talk, then STFU about being violated or abused, because that is now a transaction and it is complete.

     My current ire is reserved for assholes who use x number of mentions of Trump in the files to assert his guilt, while they let their darlings have a pass. The whole thing is just bullshit and if it's not going to be dealt with seriously, we should all just move on.
