ICE is waging "war" on illegal immigrants, focusing on those with criminal records beyond their illegal entry. Of course, if other illegals hang out with illegals with criminal records, they get caught and sent home, too. These illegals gravitate toward Dem-run cities who try to shield them from enforcement of Federal immigration law and ICE is going where the illegals gather.

There's a reason mal's home country does not have a problem with people entering that country illegally. The flow of Jamaica's illegals is outbound.
