I was wondering when the home grown gangs would have enough of the imported gangs taking over their turf and government benefits

I'm sure that was part of the Dim'Rats intent for bringing in so many of the rest of the world's criminal gangs: they think the resulting chaos of a full on gang war in the streets of their urban shit holes works in their favor...
