I wrote this back in November of 2020 AFTER the presidential election when the press was turning flips because many (especially Trump) didn't trust the results. I'm almost positive that I didn't post it, but it basically points out the hypocrisy and collusion of both the press and the DemonRats. If you have some time to kill, here it goes...
I hope everyone’s doing okay today. With everything going on I’ve decided that I might have occasionally been too harsh about things without having the entire story. Then it dawned on me that if I was a multi-billion dollar corporation I could afford to have one of those Sunday “news” shows where I could invite members of the Democrat Party and the press. I could actually get some answers directly from them. Then, I thought that if a miracle like that happened and if it did become a reality, the interview would probably go like this...
FLIPPY: I have with me today, on my non-existent interview show, representatives from the Democrat Party and the press. They’ve agreed to answer my questions. Thank you both for agreeing to come today.
DEMOCRAT: You’re welcome. Maybe we’ll be able to show you the error of your ways so that you can think properly.
PRESS: Yeah. What the most excellent Democrat said.
FLIPPY: Oookay. Let’s just get right to it. Let’s say that you have a candidate who, based on a quick glance at the numbers, lost the election. What should the candidate do?
DEMOCRAT: Without a doubt he should concede.
PRESS: The Democrat, as usual, is correct. If the candidate has any respect or love for the country he would concede.
FLIPPY: But if there is some question about the election shouldn’t an investigation take place?
DEMOCRAT: No! There is nothing wrong with the election. There’s never been any evidence of wide-spread voter fraud. Ever. If he refuses to concede he hates democracy.
PRESS: And he hates the citizens. He should stop all of the lies about stolen elections and just concede.
FLIPPY: Both of you keep saying “he” but Stacey Abrams is a “she”. Isn’t it rude not to refer to her with the proper pronoun?
<Democrat and Press look at each other.>
DEMOCRAT: What? But Trump?
FLIPPY: Yes, I’m going to ask you about Trump in a bit, but we’re discussing Stacey Abrams right now. Before I got to Trump I wanted to get your thoughts on her and her failed bid for the governorship of Georgia.
DEMOCRAT: Uhm. That’s a completely different situation.
FLIPPY: How so? She ran for office. According to the numbers she lost. She claimed that there were shenanigans and refused to concede.
DEMOCRAT: She did not concede because there WERE indeed shenanigans and because she loves the citizens of Georgia and thinks they deserve an aboveboard election.
FLIPPY: Couldn’t the same be said of Trump?
PRESS: No! It’s completely different!
FLIPPY: Well, what were some of the alleged shenanigans in the Abrams election?
DEMOCRAT: They tried to keep people from voting. They possibly destroyed ballots that had her as the selection. The voting machines switched votes from her to her opponent. The list is long.
FLIPPY: That sounds like voter fraud.
DEMOCRAT: It most certainly is!
FLIPPY: But you said that there has never been any evidence of voter fraud and even said “ever” at the end.
PRESS: No! Democrat said “wide-spread”! I heard it!
DEMOCRAT: Press is correct. In the Abrams case the fraud was state wide instead of wide-spread.
FLIPPY: Okay. If y’all say so, but let’s get back to the shenanigans themselves. It sounds almost exactly like what Trump and his people are claiming.
DEMOCRAT: HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY THAT IT IS NOT THE SAME?!?! STACEY ABRAMS IS A DEMOCRAT! CAN YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT? DEMOCRATS ARE HONEST!
FLIPPY: Like saying “if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor”?
PRESS: See! I told you! I told you! It was no use in coming! He’s a conservative. He probably just cares about stupid stuff like facts and evidence and common sense and all of that outdated stuff like freedom of speech and freedom of expression and transparent elections.
DEMOCRAT: Yeah. I guess you were right. Let’s just leave and I’ll let you buy my dinner tonight.
PRESS: REALLY! Will I still get to sweep your house and wash your car, too?
FLIPPY: Whelp, I guess that went about as good as could be expected. Thanks for tuning in.
-FULL DISCLOSURE- Unlike the “news” media I’ll admit that I made the above up. I never interviewed a Democrat or any of their servants in the press. I did, however, read a “news” article by a “reporter” who swears the election in Georgia was stolen from Stacey Abrams by the means mentioned above. After what has went on in this presidential election I wonder if the folks in the Democrat power structure has instructed him that voter fraud does not happen?
