If the world's most corrupt and DUmb people claim someone is corrupt and dumb is that a double negative showing that the person being accuse is very smart and uncorruptible?

In this case the answer is YES!

I find this DUmb meme even funnier having come directly after the most corrupt and DUmb/senile president we have ever had, Joepedo Biden.
