1. The National Park Service did remove "queer" and "transgender" from the Stonewall National Monument. However, doing so went well beyond the terms of Trump' EO, https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/defending-women-from-gender-ideology-extremism-and-restoring-biological-truth-to-the-federal-government/ . IMO, some NPS admin violated the EO to create a false Hate-Trump narrative.

2. Other terms for gays and lesbians remain on the monument, as is historically accurate.

3. The Stonewall Riot was "one of the most consequential events in our society"? Seriously?

4. This monument has zero to do with "Black history"! As stupid race-baiting goes, that race-baiting comment is monumentally stooooooooooooooopid.

Are those "immigrants" the eeeevile "colonizers" and European "White Supremacy" of Prog race-fiction? As to slavery, it was outlawed, never practiced, or had died out by around 1800 in most US states, so slaves did not "build this country", not even close.

For some reason those people seem to think that only black people were slaves way back then. I seem to remember something called "Indentured Servitude" which was a form of slavery. you could be forced to pay off your debts or just get shang hi'ed off to some ship for years and it was legal. It was just as bad as being slave because you were forced to do someones bidding just the same as if you were a slave.  And the irish were not treated any better as i recall.
