The LA fires started in Federal lands, so Trump needs to do some housecleaning in the Department of the Interior.

As for the empty 117-million-gallon reservoir, that was mismangled by LA. Goobernor Noisome had zero control over it. What's pathetic about LA's mismanglement is that the county and State of California have multiple reservoirs in the area, at least one currently having a quarter of a million acre-feet of water (Lake Castaic). IOW, plenty of water was available, but LA didn't get it to Pacific Palisades.
