If he loses this election:

- he has no immunity if he tries to overturn it;
- he will face years of court appearances and legal bills to defend himself against the charges already pending;
- he may well face jail time.

I know all of you already knew this, but for some reason the fact that he will have no immunity going forward really hit home to me this morning.
