About free food
Last week, I stopped at Long John Silvers for their $6 fish basket. When I paid, the clerk asked me if I would fill out the survey on the back. I'd get a 1 pc fish and side. The crew was within 8 of getting a pizza party. I filled it out online when I got home and got the confirmation number. I noticed I'd get the meal for free if I buy a large drink. Yesterday was hectic, so I thought I'd get my free meal. I got unsweetened iced tea. For my 'free' meal, I had to pay $3.74. I think I got about a quart of tea. I have over half left, drinking more today. In retrospect, if I fill in the survey again, I'll skip the 'free' food and get my usual.

Other franchises do the same, fill in a survey, buy a sandwich, get one free. Even if you do the work, take the time to fill in a survey, there is little reward. Another 1st World problem that gets little, if any attention (Irony? Sarcasm?)

It is rare that I fill out a survey, but when I do, I'm not looking to be paid for it.  I will do it if the service/experience was exceptional or, conversly, if it sucked.

Other than that, I'm not looking to get paid, I'm just trying to help a company see where they may have an improvement opportunity or let them know they have some fantastic employees that may need something special thrown their way.

DUchebag DUmbass Merde48 sounds like the person that orders two Big Macs, a large fries, and apple pie and a DIET coke. Its size isn't XXL or XXXL, or even XXXXL it is "Oh my god it's coming at me."  Like a Saint Pancake D9 Israeli bulldozer.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
