You always worry as a parent and this morning I'm worried of wars escalating.

No drama it is just I worry. And once again a dyslexic bad punctuation ramble yet last few days I’ve been wound so tight with anxiety and fear of what could become a reality.

I wake up and have always checked on our children as they sleep from when our daughters were young to our boys who are 18 & 19 and this morning looking in on my fellas as they sleep covering them up hairy legs moving as I cover them.

No generation needs this shit threat of a global conflict me personally i know I was one lucky kid served 84-87 all peace time.

Yet yesterday 18 & 19 friends were over pillaging a huge pot of Swedish meatballs and hanging out fine young men who are all in university wanting to start a normal life. Yet so young and green absolutely clueless in not realizing that what is happening could eat them up and send them into a life of horrors.

And I once read or was told that asshole Reagan wanted to commit ground troops to El Salvador and he was talked out of it by his advisors just let the special forces community do their jobs no large scale troops on ground. Whoever those advisors were they saved lot of lives pain and tears and misery for my generation X and late boomers.

So as i sit and drink coffee and read news i find that Erdagon has said that turkey will defend Palestinian if we get involved militarily. Which i do not foresee and then i think yes the world is different obviously compared to WW2.
Because today we have capabilities to use our military especially the Navy at moment notice to try and stabilize a shit buffet of a situation.

Yet force projection could go sideways example of recently read where a Russian Mig last year was given the green light to shoot down a British Air Force intelligence gathering air craft over the Black Sea possibly Nato article 5 if it had happened.

And in listening or in reading over how Hamas was so successful in attacking Saturday does Hamas initial success point towards the kremlin fact is we do not know how if Kremlin was involved in how Hamas succeeded in their gains starting Saturday.

And i think how did Netanyahu come back into power a corrupt autocrat who should be in prison.

As a parent and a human my heart goes out to the Israeli hostages watching the video of family with young son and young daughter as their oldest sister 18 years old was taken into next room and executed.

And watching that in my mind I thought I hope it was quick and painless for her and hopefully she was not raped and to the family of Shani Louck and others who were murdered and or now hostages.

Now Israel is carpet bombing Gaza and i find myself hoping that Egypt will open the border to Sinai to allow Palestinian refugees to go into Sinai. The Palestinian children the elderly the women just breaks my heart that they suffer as always.
And the Evangelical mindset of we must help Israel and in reality a lot of these Qvangelicals detest Jews because they murdered Jesus it is absolutely terrifying.
