However, as we have seen, "political violence" for Garland means expressing political opinions that he does not agree with which justifies the DOJ and FBI using over the top thuggery to suppress such "violence." Meanwhile he has refused to use the DOJ to prosecute REAL violence by the left such as the violent protests threatening Supreme Court Justices and their families.
