Except, of course, this isn't what happened.
The woman, 18 yo, and the mother got abortion products using a false claim and aborted the seven month fetus, then buried the body in the back yard. When they thought they'd get caught, dug it up, tried to destroy the body by burning it, then moved the remains and buried the poor child again.

That's the charges, DUmpmonkies. Not 'because she had an abortion '.

A family friend's baby was born on Christmas Eve. Her due date was April 15. She was born at ~5 1/2 months gestation and weighed 1 lb., 4 oz.. When she was a toddler, her facial features reflected the fact that she was very premature, but her abilities and such were unimpaired. Around age 7 one would not have seen any sign that she had been born very prematurely. She was born 6-8 weeks' gestation earlier than the female's baby was when the baby was killed by the female. The preemie I've described is now around age 40; the baby killed by the female that should have been its caretaker is dead, its body desecrated and mutilated.

For that killing, desecration, and mutilation the female who did it will spend 3 months in jail. 3 months for killing a human being who almost certainly would have lived had (s)he instead been born.
