Since there's an entire article in the Constitution setting up the Supreme Court and the judicial system, that would probably be ruled unconstitutional, :rotf:  :tongue: . But I do not think many Dem Congress Critters are stooooooopid enough to throw that tantrum.

I kind of agree with this. I don't think that Kagan and Jackson, Sotomayor should get paid for  trying to violate The Constitution. :-)
