Spent 40 years going to school, living and working on the Isthmus in Madison.

https://www.democraticunderground.com/108429786Included with the OP is a nearly six minute long video about life at the University of Wisconsin. What's unusual is that I was watching close and I could not spot one single black person in the video. It might not have caught my attention but for the fact that it was a music video by a bunch of white guys singing in a culturally appropriated black rap style. And as though that's not bad enough, there weren't any black people visible anywhere in any of the crowd scenes--not a one. The video makers had to have gone out of their way to put together a nearly six minute long video and not include a single black person.
I grew up and was educated in Iowa, but I have lived in Wisconsin for over twenty years now and I can assure you that there are black people here but you'd never know it from watching this video.
