Palin's Biggest Deficiency?

 Advertisements [?]

Alaska is as far from, and as isolated from, the U.S. as Hawaii. She is woefully disconnected with the Lower-48 and has an abridged relationship with people and politics outside Alaska. As far as I can tell she has the least amount of interconnectedness with America than any other Vice Presidential Candidate ever.

Schooling in Idaho and Hawaii and trips outside Alaska are majorly deficient for her to know any more about us than we knew about her pre-V.P. selection. She can not Governor what she does not know or understand. Especially the way she has seen to operate in Alaska as her way or the highway mentality is so Bush-like. She's American but as far removed from our shared experience as it can get. This is not a positive value -- heck she's closer to Russia!

10. I disagree....
I think Mrs Palin will resonate with a lot of voters, particularly the "low information" types who make up such a huge portion of our electorate.

I'm already hearing rumblings from my own family and I know that if I try to argue it will only degenerate into a real life flamewar.

Low information types??  Like the OP???   :rotf:

I dunno.

I always thought Barry "Six States" Obama, the Obamaites, the Obamaite primitives, and the primitives in general, are "disconnected" with people in the real world.

It's not a matter of geography; it's a matter of how many cerebral cells one chooses to use.

I don't know about that. The "no information" types seem to really hate her.

Well, you know, when a person gets all their "information" from the DUmp and KOS, it isn't surprising that they have none.

Sarah did make a severe basic error in naming each of her children. What type of a name should she have chosen?

I just did the same thing-- :thatsright: --and I think I killed four more hairs.

I'd argue that getting all of your information from Kos, MoveOn, and DU is worse than being totally uninformed.  The latter have an excuse for their actions.

The totally ignorant, uninformed masses have a 50/50 chance of getting it right. The DUmp monkeys, have no chance.
