if i were on the ballot-

i would set down a marker that i am as lefty as they come.
then i'd say- fear not. i wont get everything i want done. that's not how this works.

how it works is that this is a big seesaw. in this country, a minority party has shinied up the plank, and now outweighs the rest of us. that's how the system is set up.
here's the physics of this- the distance from the fulcrum matters. small weights on the far end balance out big weights closer to the center.
there are more of us than there are of them, but the fulcrum isnt at the center of the plank.
right now, to restore balance, we need to put our weight out here at the end of the plank.

would you vote for that?
