A Handgun for Christmas Will a jury find James and Jennifer Crumbley criminally responsible for their son’s mass shooting?

On the Saturday after Thanksgiving in 2021, Jennifer Crumbley pushed through the glass door at the Accurate Range.

I worked there for 5 years.  :whistling:

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

1. Did NYMag have access to security video? Or was the detailed description of the range visit :bouncy:-fiction?

2. Since the parents being civilly liable for the son's murders would hinge on the parent knowing their son was dangerous, the prosecution would probably have to prove they knew that, beyond a reasonable doubt and knowing he was dangerous, provided their son with a weapon plus training practice in using it.

Of course, to DUmmies, just buying the gun and practicing with their son "should" make the parents criminally liable and the range, gun store, and SIG Sauer civilly liable.
If The Vaccine is deadly as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, millions now living would have died.

No they did not have video access. He probably noticed the cameras and assumed everything.
