(CNN)House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband was arrested for driving under the influence, according to the Napa County Criminal Justice Network's public booking report.

Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT Saturday and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher, the public booking report says. Both charges are misdemeanors.

Bail was set at $5,000 according to the booking report and records indicate he was released Sunday morning.

CNN has reached out to the Napa County Sheriff's Office for additional details.

Yeah--if I was married to her, I'd drink too.

I'll add that it wouldn't surprise me one bit if it came out that he had a strange woman with him.  He was out doing some midnight creepin' while Stretch was in Washington.  Who could blame him?

1. Paul Pelosi was arrested for DUIs before and this one should be a felony.

2. Nanzi's husband also ran a stop sign and crashed into another car with two people in it. I don't know their status.

3. Pelosi had his blood alcohol level taken 4 hours after arrest to get it down to a reasonable but still legally drunk level.

Takeaways: Pelosi should be charged with felony drunk driving for reasons 1 & 2.  If any of us were arrested our BAL would be tested as soon as we arrived at the police station. Curious that the straight shooting fair and unbiased media doesn't report his actual belated BAL but just reports above .08.

Now you know some of the rest of the story of this corrupt asshole.

There are rumors that the FBI has tried to get the dash cam footage of the arrest. No idea if it's true nor not.

Is this really news? I could understand if it was Pelosi that got nabbed for DUI but I really don't care what her husband does. Look at what he's married to. Knowing this I can excuse most any aberrant behavior.

No it isn't.  It was actually Andrew Cuomo who pulled this shit while acting like an ass on a boat. 

That aside, Paul Pelosi has more money than God.  Shouldn't he have a full time driver?
