If a person laughs at their own problems that is fine but when someone else makes fun it is cruel.

31. one thing people seem to miss is that smith laughed at the "joke"
and only when he saw his wife was upset, he overcompensated for laughing and punched rock. The lesson here - don’t insult people with autoimmune desease or you will get punched in the face.
