How do you explain the silence of the entire Republican Party?

When it comes to the attack upon our Capitol?

One might have thought there would have been just a few in support of Cheney and Kinzinger and in discovering the truth about such an attack upon our country?

Do they not want to know the truth? Or do they already know the truth and just wish to cover it up?

Are they as spineless as they appear?

Do they really care more about their Party than their country?

2. They're complicit

aiders and abettors. plus, the entire party is immoral

4. It's not obvious?

They are complicit. They wanted this. If it had succeeded, they’d be right on board. 99% of them would have gone along with throwing the election to the House and stealing it outright. That was the plan.

It’s surprising to me that you’re asking these questions.

8. Because it needed your clarification.

We should not assume that anybody knows anything.

5. Russia has the RNC's balls in its coin purse, along with Trump's.

Sewing chaos is what Russia wants them to keep doing, if they can't still actually overturn the election.

Just my guess anyway.

9. There are way too many coincidences

I’d guess Russian money came pouring in oh about 2006 when the bottom dropped out for them. No one mentions that because you know Democrats in Disarray etc.

There are way too many connections from Mitch to Manafort to Trumps businesses to the Senators 4th of July trip and on and on.

7. They've lost control and they don't want anyone getting a look at their people

As David Frum once famously said “We thought Fox News worked for us but it turns out we work for Fox News”. To stay relevant you had to go on Fox and said things, what everyone else is saying. Jump to now and with social media you have to out bizarro everyone based on the same starting point - the new starting point is then created.

Their people are devoid of information. AND, Trump brought out the whackos from the woodworks. A good look at a lot of the insurrectionists will create a recoil in everyone not already in the cult.

Their establishment knew this is what could happen with Trump. Even Fox News tried to stop him. Nope. Now they have squatters and they can’t get rid of them.

Rs weren't silent, DUmmies just ignored their condemnations of the riot. So, false premise, ludicrously false conclusions.

Maybe if the prosecutors would release some of the "thousands of hours" of video evidence we would change our minds about it being a Dem Planned Cluster**** protest.

If R's are silent DUmp Monkey, you can probably wager the EBT balance that it's because they understand that further communication with you shit flingers really is pointless and unnecessarily frustrating.

And what truth is that? That the FBI investigated things and found it to be an uncoordinated riot. Most on the right condemned what happened on 1/6 so what's left? I know you mutts want to use 1/6 as a bludgeon for the upcoming midterms because it's all you have, but if you really want to go there we can compare 1/6 to a random Friday night during the BLM/Antifa riots of last summer and see how they stack up. Your move mutt.

The silence is easy to explain.

NO. ONE. CARES.

There’s 330 million citizens. The highest estimate I’ve seen that could be considered marginally accurate of the number who walked from the Trump rally to the Capital was 10,000. Of that number, maybe 1,000 entered the building itself.

1,000 people out of 330 million is 0.00000303% of the population. Insignificant. And considering all they did was slightly delay what would have happened anyway, then no harm, no foul.

The only one still talking about it are Democrats, and who cares what they say.

Call me when 3 million storm the Capital. Now THAT will be a riot. Until then, meh.

How do you explain the silence of the entire Democrat party when one of theirs targeted a Republican baseball practice with a high powered rifle?

Or the silence of the Dems on the disasterous withdrawl from Afghanistan, leaving Americans (both of the 2 and 4 legged variety) and Afghans that helped us, to the not so tender mercies of the Taliban and fellow groups?

Pretty much summed it up for me.  Yeah, some stupid jagoffs went into the Capitol and it was a bad thing.  But there was no orchestrated plan and to suggest so belongs in the dumpster bin of conspiracy theories akin to 9/11 MIHOP/LIHOP, the "fake" moon landing, and of course Russian collusion.

Hey kentuck and any other lurking primitives, check this out:

Registered Democrat Caught Storming US Capitol, Attacking Police Pleads with Court for Light Sentence Because He Is Not Trump Supporter
Quote
Reeder was about to get a light sentence this week after telling the judge he is “not a Trump supporter” and because of this he demanded a light sentence. And he was about to get a very small sentence with an excellent plea deal because of this.

But then a video turned up before his sentencing of Robert Reeder attacking police on Jaunary 6th.
Quote
It turns out he was shouting at the crowd extremely violent rhetoric while loosely wearing a MAGA hat to make the real Trump supporters appear violent by association. Reeder was the typical Biden agitator who wanted to interrupt the Republican objections inside the Capitol. And he wanted to frame Trump supporters as violent insurrectionists.
