What if we...

It is time for the USA to stop looking for and creating enemies. China is not our enemy. It is time to cut the bloated War Department budget in half and use half to build the best sustainable, peaceful nation we can be. We poses no legitimate moral high ground. It is time to flush stale lies like manifest destiny, dominion, and nation building (read meddling covertly in the affairs of other countries) and join the world as a nation among nations. If we take these actions, then perhaps we will stand a chance of averting Climate Catastrophe.

Yeah! Because slashing Defense worked so well in the 70s! And in the 90s! For that matter, it worked wonderfully for Britain in the 20s and 30s!
If The Vaccine is deadly as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, millions now living would have died.

It's come to bite our arses again now - we have to fit in with Pres. Biden's schedule because our leftist governments (including those headed by the so-called Conservative Party) have so gutted our military.

By all means don't try to create unnecessary wars (Syria, Libya...), but definitely don't let the guard down by removing necessary defence capacity.

the bloated War Department

While the War Department is a much cooler name than the Defense Department, it just hasn't been called that in years.
We will make America strong again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And we will make America great again.

The War Department and Navy Department merged some time in the late 40s or the 50s, and the Air Force was spun out from the Army around the same time. I'm not sure whether the DUmmie's usage was anachronistic ignorance or low-quality smart-assery.

Hey, DUmmie, if you're a climate doomer then China IS your enemy as they put out half of the world's carbon emissions.

What if you fellated a running chainsaw then gargled with drain cleaner?

Capital suggestion! You should get right on that.
