Ummmmm somebody does not understand that states' legislatures have already determined the basis for how Electors are chosen for their states. Legislatures do not (and cannot) choose who the Electors will be after Election Day.
What's going to happen, I think, is that once again Trump will win enough states' Electors and be elected President. It is very possible he might win the national-level popular vote as well. Needless to say, even if Trump got 2/3 of the popular vote and won all 50 states DU-folk would refuse to admit and accept it.
