If Biden really stated or intimated that he'd have Trump prosecuted he just handed Trump one of the greatest campaign ads of all time.

And to do it in the context of the Trump-Russia Collusion Delusion collapsing a year ago, the shampeachment farce collapsing in February, and the exposure of the anti-Trump/Flynn cabal ... monumentally dumb, even by DU standards.
