No bounce: Post-Biden poll shows dead heat

DENVER, Colorado (CNN) — It’s a dead heat in the race for the White House. The first national poll conducted entirely after Barack Obama publicly named Joe Biden as his running mate suggests that battle for the presidency between the Illinois senator and Republican rival John McCain is all tied up.

In a new CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll out Sunday night, 47 percent of those questioned are backing Obama with an equal amount supporting the Arizona senator.

“This looks like a step backward for Obama, who had a 51 to 44 percent advantage last month,” says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland.

“Even last week, just before his choice of Joe Biden as his running mate became known, most polls tended to show Obama with a single-digit advantage over McCain,” adds Holland.

Give it a break will ya. WEGET IT. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO VOTE FOR OBAMA NO MATTER WHAT HE OR ANYONE ELSE SAYS.Great for you. Enjoy the loss of womens rights when Roe V Wade is over turned. Enjoy sending your kids off to die in another war, compliments of the GOP. Enjoy paying 5 dollars or more for gas. Enjoy the value of your house going down like the Titanic. Enjoy the economy compliments of a man who knows nothing about economics. Enjoy all that McCain will bring, just becuase your candidate ran a bad campaign and lost.

THE CLINTONS ARE CAUSING DISUNITY IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY. THIS IS A BIG FAT SET UP. OBAMA DISRESPECT NO ONE. IF HILLARY CLINTON WANTED TO BE VETTED FOR VP SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN, BELEIVE ME. THE CLINTONS ARE CUTTHROAT AND THIS IS A BIG FAT JOKE.
OBAMA WILL WIN AND THE CLINTONS BETTER HOPE THEY GET A POSITION IN HIS CABINET. :???:

that is bad if CNN can't even get the results they wanted !
My fellow Americans, there is nothing audacious about hope. Hope is what makes people buy lottery tickets instead of paying the bills. Hope is for the old gals feeding the slots in Atlantic City. It destroys the inner-city kid who quits school because he hopes he'll be a world-famous recording artist.

What's the difference between Sarah Palin and Barack Obama?

One is a well turned-out, good-looking, and let's be honest, pretty sexy piece of eye-candy.

The other kills her own food.

On the convention thread a post reported that Obama looked more like JFK everyday, or something like that. I say bull on that one, for one thing they don't even look alike. Obama sounds like a Pentecostal preacher when he speaks, repeating the first sentence over again as he goes into his sermon. Kennedy did sound professional in speeches, Obama lacks that quality. Renting this big stadium only emphasises the "rock Star' title the Democratic party has placed on this loser. When he loses in November everyone and his brother will be blamed for his loss. Right now they are going with the tired old, "The Clinton's are standing in the way", theme, and "Those crazy women are against our JFK of this century"..

Just like Hillary, McCain is getting no air time in the news, it is all Obie all the time.

The other JFK is more like JFK than BHO will ever be.

McC will have to eat a live baby to see a camera this week.

With the way these conventions are scheduled this time. Barack Hussein Obama should have announced the VP choice at least two weeks ago. He's forced Juan to follow suit with a late pick, but that's it.

Most of the polling I've seen says Joe Biden has no effective whatsoever. The DNC should be alarmed at these numbers, and what they're about to nominate - it's going to be one thing after another until Election Day's McCain landslide.

The kid doesn't know what he doesn't know and is seeing the result.

Obama is so overexposed. Frankly, the networks can call themselves the Obama News Network.
