... The Nazareen, who admonished his followers to care for the hungry, the sick, and the homeless.
This is where they miss it, and I've come to conclude it's on purpose because they've been told too many times why it's inaccurate.
While it's true Jesus did command to take care of the under privileged, no where did he give the specifics as to how and go about doing it. So the very Christians the libs say aren't helping the needy could very well be, and likely are, carrying out this command as individuals acting either on their own and/or in voluntary cooperation with others. Somehow libs have this notion that if you oppose the gov't getting too involved in these things then you are not doing them at all, which is a lie. And it's extremely immature to view it otherwise, which is what drunken Nance does.
So the command to care for the needy has nothing to do with politics or political parties. When they bring it up, Christians immediately see the hypocracy of those, like NG, who make the statement, because one has nothing to do with the other.

And whether it's international charities like The Salvation Army, World Vision, Compassion International, and Mercy Ships (to name a very few) or local charities like Silicon Valley's City Team or Beautiful Day, many Christians obey Jesus' commands. NG just can't/won't see that. Because, as my signature says, ...
