 There is no law stopping them from paying more than they are required to pay. In fact, they could just do their returns with a note to the IRS to just keep it.

The only real thing I am worried about is once these fools can no longer deduct their high state taxes from their fed tax returns they will move to red states and vote for the same hellhole shit they just left.

Personally I think we need to build a wall around the liberal cities and let them wallow in their self imposed hell hole.

Start with Richmond, Newport News, Hampton Roads, Norfolk, and NOVA. 

Virginia would be redder than red without them...
