The coup is just about completed. Heaven help us.  (What you DUmmies call a "coup," normal people call "elections")


Step back for a second and consider:

- the Rs control Congress, most governorships and state legislatures. (using those pesky little elections again) Even so, they need to resort to ignoring Senate traditions to control that body (Gee, I wonder what person named Harry Reid started that? Reap the whirlwind, asshole)

- gerrymandering has pretty much assured R dominance at the Fed level for years to come (We learned at the feet of masters)

- political machinations have insured the SCOTUS will be dominated by RW idelogues for decades to come (Those "machinations" are called "elections," ****bone)

- Rs currently control the presidency, but not the person who is president. They are using their dislike of tRump to pass legislation that will serve to reign in the presidency going forward. They realize that Ds will be elected president in the future, so the best way to handle that without completely destroying the façade of our our Constitutional government is to leave the presidency in place as a weakened, easy to control branch of government (Pen and phone. You guys taught us that.)

- get ready for the purges. Today, Jeff Sessions announced a major crackdown on leaks. That will mean many longterm staffers losing their jobs based on trumped up suspicion that they are leakers. They will be replaced by party operatives. Don't forget that the leaks are coming from a R White House...but nothing to see here as to who is probably making those leaks, or if those leaks are being used as the set up to start the purges (Good. Sorry you won't get the see all the dirty laundry you want to see, which places national security in danger. You'll just have to go back to drooling over Hollywood liberals on TV.)

- tRump will fire Mueller, and nothing will happen. Watch for Rs to dutifully fall into line and claim that he had to go even if there was only the slightest (RWNM-generated) reason to question him being conflicted in his investigation. It was only "fair" that he be fired. (Mueller is going about it backward, which you ass****s complained about for years when it was about Clinton. Say, did he finish two terms despite being impeached? Hm. I seem to recall he did. I think you'd better get used to President Trump, ****o.)

Governors, US Senators, and Presidents are not elected by districts. You cannot gerrymander Governors, US Senators, and Presidents.

As for those SCOTUS "political machinations", Harry Reid opened that Pandora's Box when he ran the Senate. Maybe he should have thought about the potential long-term consequences of his action before taking it. Likewise the consequences of Ds' refusal to vote on GHWB's court nominations in 1992.

Yo stopbush.  I would like to point out a couple three things that will make your impotent rage more sweet to us.

1. You never stopped GW Bush. He served 2 terms as president. You raged and raged and it did not matter one damned bit. You even named your DU handle "stopbush" and what did that do? Not a damned thing.
2. President Trump was elected for 4 years. He will serve at least that long. You will rage and rage and it will not matter one damned bit.
3. Hillary is not now and probably never will be president of the USA.  None of your raging at the dump will matter one damned bit
