primitives discuss what's for supper

Oh my.

You know, these threads used to be reasonably long, but ever since dear old sweet Lu let the cooking and baking forum go downhill about five years ago, there's been some days when there's been zero primitive responses to one of them, despite Ms. Vanderbilt-Astor, the NJCher primitive's, best efforts to keep it going.

What's for Dinner, Sat. June 3, 2017

Zucchini pizza crust. I made this part and the RG marinated about 18 shrimp in red pepper sauce. That and sliced tomato will go on the pizza crust, which as one guest told me in the past, is actually more like a thin quiche crust.

For dessert, mango sorbet and lemon thins (cookie).

2. Pork dumplings from Trader Joe's.

Fresh cherries for dessert

Oh, I dunno; I had two cups of peach yogurt, half a block of 8 oz. of thinly-sliced real Swiss cheese dipped in sour cream as if they were potato chips, half a block of 8 oz. of thinly-sliced real cheddar cheese dipped in sour cream as if they were potato chips, and a quart jar of iced milk.  As it's hot today, I'll probably have another quart jar of iced milk as this evening wears on.

I get yelled at a lot about my diet, but it's the best a near-non-existent appetite can take.
apres moi, le deluge

Milo Yiannopoulos "It has been obvious since 2016 that Trump carries an anointing of some kind. My American friends, are you so blind to reason, and deaf to Heaven? Can he do all this, and cannot get a crown? This man is your King. Coronate him, and watch every devil shriek, and every demon howl."

I had steak cooked on the grill over a wood fire with spinach and a salad, Dummies.  Washed it down with beer.  Only reason I did not have a baked tater with it cause I found out I was out of bakers and had already started drinking... so no tater run to the store.

If you idiots would eat some real food for a change you might find your mood improving.  I got river rats that would not eat the shit you idiots fix and those bastards eat anything.*

*just in case you dummies think I raise river rats or have them as pets, I don't. I live a 100 yards from a major river. River rats are a major problem 'round these parts.  When we get bored 'round here we break out our .22 magnum rifles and go to the river bank and shoot the bastards.  Sometimes the cops show up and join in.  Great target practice.

  What a feast.

This weekend was our village founders day party weekend.  I never cook on this weekend, but let others cook for me.  I got a whole mess of smoked ribs and will have them tonight with various sides.  YUM.

Cher's zucchini shrimp pizza sounds awful.

If I did that I would probably have to rent a barge.   :-)
