A complaint filed against Sen. Bernie Sanders by a Hillary Clinton super PAC during the 2016 Democratic primary campaign was dismissed by the Federal Election Commission last month. Filed last April, the commission's decision, published by Politico Friday, was only placed on public record in recent days.

“Just one day after the Clinton campaign said we needed to change our tone, the leaders of their coordinated super PAC, which is funded by millions from Wall Street, filed baseless and frivolous complaints with the FEC,” Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver said at the end of March 2016. “Tells you all you need to know.”

He added: “At times during the Democratic primary, I was criticized for being too aggressive in my support for Secretary Clinton—and rightly so. Looking back, I recognize that there were a few moments when my drive to put Hillary in the White House led me to take too stiff a jab. I own up to that, I regret it, and I apologize to you and your supporters for it.”

Despite ending almost a year ago, the ill feeling over the primary remains. A lawsuit accusing the Democratic National Committee of fraud, deceptive conduct and negligent misrepresentation over its alleged favoring of Clinton over Sanders is ongoing.

Let's see... the DN, Hillary and Obama conspired to cheat Bernie in the Primary... got caught.. then sued Bernie.

Oh- the person suspected in leaking the DNC emails is murdered... for no apparent reason... along with two prosecutors looking into DNC irregularities.. who also are murdered for no apparent reason...

I don't believe I've seen this level of division in my lifetime. I also freely admit that my own "ill feeling" is more intense than I've ever experienced, and hasn't diminished at all.

Authorities are investigating after a body found at Hollywood Beach earlier this week was identified as a federal prosecutor from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Miami.
Hollywood Police confirmed that the body of Beranton J. Whisenant Jr., 37, was found Wednesday.

The body showed signs of possible trauma. "When the tide came in he obviously was caught in the surf and tumbling, about a 35-year-old African-American man, very well dressed wearing a sort of a casual business shirt, black pants, and all of his personal effects were on him and that's what we found unusual," resident Bill Renick said.
Whisenant's LinkedIn profile said he has been an assistant U.S. attorney since January 2017. He received his law degree from the University of Florida in 2004 and had been a partner at Foley & Mansfield, PLLP, before joining the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Well, it's 6 months since Hillary lost, and Donald Trump is still President, so I guess criticism of The CHILL Campaign is starting to be safe. Who knows? Maybe by the start of 2018 primaries, criticizing Her Thighness will be permissible. Unless Chelsea runs for something.

Why is everybody on the left trying so hard to sweep that one under the rug?  They should be pushing to get that one solved.  Catch the "robber" who shot the poor kid--that'll shut Hannity up.  Or will it?
