drip, drip, drip... new revelations on "the affair" inThe Enquirer
Advertisements [?]OK... unsolicited advice to John Edwards: get it all out in the sun NOW and cut your losses. This drip, drip, drip of embarrassing disclosures musto be torturing your family and causing your wife unbearable pain. And having a Democratic sex scandal in the nightly news is not helpful to our party in an election cycle. Get it all out, free your soul, stop the madness.

And now The ENQUIRER has uncovered that Edwards' political operatives are still paying his mistress Rielle Hunter - and she was whisked away on a private jet two days before he confessed their extramarital affair on national TV!

The ENQUIRER has also confirmed that Edwards secretly visited Rielle and their love child three separate times at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles this year - a fact that proves he is still lying to America and his wife.

<snip>

NOW, The ENQUIRER has uncovered more blockbuster information, including:

After Edwards confessed the affair to his wife, he restarted it, and was sexually involved with Rielle when she became pregnant.

Despite his denials, Edwards WAS aware that his former finance committee chairman, Fred Baron, was funneling money to Rielle.

Experts are now calling for a federal investigation into Edwards' use of campaign funds.

4. I still can't believe Edwards jeopardized us like he did.
I was so disappointed that he only got a relatively small fraction of the vote. Now I'm just relieved.

Talk about someone being other than what you thought!

I can't believe how much fun the Dem primaries have been.

Edited to add a link to a thread where the hounds are unleashed big time: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x3776878

You should not be surprised moonbat. Lies, adultery, theft, and illegal maneuvers are the mainstay of any Democrat. It is what they are - it is what defines them.
Don't let me stop y'all though, the ensuing infighting and failures will be the best of times come election time.
Party on Garth!

Ladies, staying with a man after he cheats on you just tells him that you're probably ok with it.

In other news, water is wet.
I can see November 2 from my house!!!

Spread my work ethic, not my wealth.

Forget change, bring back common sense.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

This should be a be a HUGE red flag to DU'ers that they are not a good judge of character.

This should be a be a HUGE red flag to DU'ers that they are not a good judge of character.

Character doesn't matter.  The logic goes like this:

Being a hypocrite is the worst possible thing.
If you have standards/morals, then you have something to be measured against.
If you do not meet that measure, you are a hypocrite.
If you do NOT have standards/morals, there is nothing to be measured against.
Thus, if you do NOT have standards/morals it is impossible to be a hypocrite.

Character does NOT enter the equation.  That is why lying (even under oath) is OK to the left.

Character is for people with standards and morals.

While I agree in general to a degree with both y'alls statements I say "Just as a relationship is between a man and a woman, the When , why & how to end that relationship is between that particular man & woman.
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.
