The Associated Press reported yesterday that Senator Hillary Clinton rejected a proposal by her top campaign strategist to undermine Senator Barack Obama's "roots to basic American values and culture" because of his diverse and multicultural background. Senator Clinton rejected the strategy; however, some analysts suggest that Senator McCain's campaign has adopted it.
