Wasn't nearly all of Obozo's speech at his first inauguration in January 2009 a "blame Bush" diatribe?

I'm pretty sure it was, although at the time I was concentrating more on the snarling hate-filled face of Obozo's wife, wondering what it was that made her so angry and ugly.

Well, technically, he just said "the previous administration," so he wasn't actually blaming Bush per se, just some random dude who had been in the White House before him. Like, maybe, Taft.  Or Harrison.
