There have been bills proposed to do exactly that all the way back to the 1940's . It's not a new or revolutionary idea.

I watched it and that part was masterful. Every judge on the 9th Circus sharted and the dnc leadership completely shit their depends. Truth be told it should happen it is far too big a geographic area. The question becomes how small Trump decides to make the 9th? My bet is the left coast and Hawaii. The left is playing against a gut that ****s up the opposition and then shits down their throat. Schmucky is very unhappy and Pelousi is too crazy/drunk to understand.

The left should have let this order pass. Now it is Trump's goal to take a wrecking ball to the leftist judiciary..I mean the judiciary. It's going to biblical and the DUches don't understand what the elites do.
