I'm watching for now without sound. Their shots of the mall are astounding. All wishful thinking and hyperbole aside, that's an embarrassing turnout.

Listening to Stephanie Miller this morning they're reporting that the cab drivers are telling them that damn near all their fares are for the march, not the ceremonies today.

Don't matter if nobody showed up. Trump is still president and hillary is still not.

As for the cab drivers... I'm betting the supporters got there yesterday and more than likely drove their own vehicles. Protesters were bused in.

Who in the hell would take a taxi to the inauguration?  Private vehicles can't get within two miles of the place.  Any idiot would take the Metro instead.

Metro was the only realistic option, which we used.  It was an absolute zoo both days.  Security lines were hours deep in certain spots early in the morning to get into the mall.
