The right wing media is dancing in the streets over this claim with headlines like “4chan Trolls CIA.”

Sadly for the “debunkers,” the man named in the post, Rick Wilson, has denied ever having the report, saying he himself knew nothing of it until buzzfeed’s original posting.

Whatever TDD's intended meaning, this is actually accurate. Both hoaxes started unraveling within 24 hours.

Unlike Memogate, I don't think BuzzFeed has the minimal decency to send a few token heads rolling out their doors.

And after yesterday's beat-down of Acosta, I think CNN is too arrogant to send any heads rolling out their doors.
