eta- i can tick off at least a dozen ways that the city is failing these kids. things get better all the time, but that doesnt stop the now from destroying young lives.

I had to check something, because I really didn't remember.

Big Mo never reached Top DUmmiehood this year?  She's not even in the bottom half of the top twenty. 

Damn.  I wonder how that happened.

Democratics have been in control of Chicago for a very long time. List the ways democrats are failing them.  :tongue:
