SEABROOK, Texas - Two people have been confirmed dead when an Apache helicopter crashed into El Jardin Beach Monday afternoon in Seabrook, officials said.

The crash was reported after 3 p.m. near the Bayport Cruise Terminal.

Texas Army National Guard said an  Apache helicopter was reported missing.

An AH-64 Apache crashed in Galveston Bay and two soldiers have died.
