I think of it from the DUmmie side as Ney prematurely committing the French heavy cavalry at Waterloo, charging to the stirring strains of '
La Victoire Est a Nous' ('Victory is to us') playing as the soundtrack, absolutely confident in victory, but in fact misunderstanding both the situation and his orders, thereby leading to French disaster. I see Soros as Nappy, muttering 'WTF is that dumbass doing?' as he sees the French breakthrough and pursuit force being irretrievably thrown away uselessly by Ney (Hillary).
