Seriously, I don't look for ways to get rid of A-holes. Very occasionally when we're the receivers of A-holery at some business we'll complain to managers (much more frequently we call over a manager to compliment one of their people - the facial expressions of some managers is comic). As a whole, A-holes - as "hughee99" seems to have been at that 2-year temp job - tend to be self-limiting and self-sabotaging.
