you mean TD didn't run for more than 150 yards against the packers ??

elway didn't execute a perfect game ?

desmond howard didn't run for more yards on special teams than brett favre passed for ??

reggie white didn't maul bledsoe ?

favre definitly played better in the first SB than he did the 2nd, but, it wasn't any earth shattering performance...

both under 300 yards correct ??

no more than 2 TD passes ?? or did he have 3 against the pats ?

hey, he won a SB & got to another (wrex grossman got to a SB too ya know )

yep...

agreed w/ all of the above.....

and I'm most definitly shaking my head now & saying the same...

but, in favres mind, he doesn't see any blame...

he'll only see his TD's & or good passes, not his bad ones & nor will he not factor in the missing ring at the end of the season...

in his mind, it still won't be his fault...

we all  know that the Packers are gonna have to go through Dallas again too....

and what is favres record in dallas ?? ..

did he even complete more than 2-3 passes last season in dallas ??

I'd say favre would have a better chance at a SB playing for the Vikes than the packers....w/out a doubt..

Hey, JCC!

I agree with some of what you have had to say. Though Favre has been pretty ageless. And as to the bolded part above... you want to talk Big Game flops? I got two words for that... Tony Romo.

"When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed."

no doubt about that one...

but romo came through against the pack last season, when 1st place and HOMEFIELD in the playoffs was on the line ...

I agree w/ you though, that was 1 of the few 'clutch' performances Romo has had in his  year & a 1/2 career... he's below 500 against top notch teams (or even teams over 500 )

at lambeau, I'd have taken favre & the pack against the boys, but, its HIGHLY UNLIKELY the pack will have homefield in the playoffs against dallas this year (if the pack even makes the playoffs) ...

the vikes & even the bears are gonna real tough in that division this year.... REAL TOUGH
