FBI Obtains Warrant for Newly Discovered Emails in Clinton Probe

The FBI obtained a warrant to search emails related to the Hillary Clinton private server probe that were discovered on ex-congressman Anthony Weiner's laptop, law enforcement officials confirmed Sunday.
The warrant came two days after FBI director James Comey revealed that the emails were linked to Weiner's estranged wife, top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.
The FBI already had a warrant to search Weiner's laptop, but that only applied to evidence of his allegedly illicit communications with an underage girl.
Comey's disclosure of the emails ignited fierce criticism, particularly from Clinton, who called the move an "unprecedented" departure from FBI policy.

I guess this confirms that the FBI Director can be called, James Ready-Fire-Aim-Comey, since the FBI had not even reviewed the e-mails, but chose to create a political firestorm first.
Legally you can not review the e-mails until you get a warrant. They saw enough however to provide evidence of a crime and submitted that evidence in a request for a search warrant. Now that they have one, oh, baby... it's game ****ing on.

3. Emails on Anthony ****ing Weiner's computer - and that implicates Hillary HOW ????? That shit is just as sick as holding hearings about a blowjob. Sadly this is what the next 8 years are going to be like, unless these ****ing gopers make their voters so sick of their crap that they risk losing reelection over it.

Why couldn't Comey wait until AFTER the election to send his letter to Congress?
Why couldn't Comey's FBI wait until AFTER the election to obtain a warrant to search emails relating to Clinton?
So the question is,
Did Comey violate the Hatch Act or not?
No. Comey is a political appointee. He is not a member of the executive branch of the government.
The Hatch Act is a United States federal law whose main provision
prohibits employees in the executive branch of the federal government, except the president, vice-president, and certain designated high-level officials of that branch, from engaging in some forms of political activity.
AND- this is not a political activity- it is the investigation into a crime. Sorry DUmpmonkiez.

14. This is pissing a whole of people off. I see a up tick in support and voting for
HRC alongwith the Dems for congress. This witch hunt needs to stop. America has many issues that need to be addressed.
