I feel great! The new job is going really well.

My boss called me up the other day and told me I was doing an excellent job. He said that with me he doesn't have to worry. He knows the job is going to get done right. That was wonderful news considering I got fired from my last job. But I've come to realize that was because I made those guys feel inferior.  Ever do a good job for a company and get shit-canned anyway? That's probably because you made someone feel threatened by your positive qualities. **** 'em. You've got better things to do. They actually might have done me a favor by firing me. Now I 1) don't have to work with assholes, 2) have better benefits, and 3) make more money in five days than I made working in six at the other place.

Now I'm just hoping that I run across one of those idiots I used to work with so I can tell him all of the above. Vengeance is mine saith the Tobe!

As I recall, this was pretty much the way he was talking just before the hammer fell the last time.  I feel sorry for the tober, he is so much smarter and a better person than the people that hire him.

Whatever floats his boat.

My "revenge" over the mangler who laid me off back in 1993 - part of a large-scale layoff from a company that wouldn't listen to its customers and consequently eventually went extinct - because I wasn't keeping up with the times has been to thrive. As best I know, he doesn't know, and I don't care if he ever does (if he's still alive).

Does your supervisor know that you got sugar, are on mind meds, and spend half your shift stuffing your face or sleeping?  He will sooner or later. And then we will see the woe is me I have been fired threads again.

Tubbs... you have taught me something. Means your life is not a complete failure. What you taught me is that all dummie are worthless pukes. All. Every last one. No exception ever. That includes you.  I had high hopes for you. Got your degree, wanted to lose weight, etc.  I gave you the benefit of the doubt.  The result?  I have seen you get canned from two consecutive jobs and angling for a disability ride.  I should have known better.   ESAD you fat failure.   :banghead:

I still think the Tobe is in an adult daycare situation and this is all just a running story his water head dreams up.
