Coarse language can be used for particular effect. It can be a careless "normal" for some. Pitt seems to be using it to smokescreen his paucity of thought and as a surrogate for eloquence.
He thinks it shows intensity and strength of feeling. Which it can, in someone who rarely uses it. In his case it's just another damn' rant on top of thousands of other wasted megabytes of rants that all, as the Bard said, are '...A tale told by an idiot, full of the sound and the fury, signifying nothing.'
