So the **** what if he bought a house on Lake Champlain?

He has been nothing but gracious and honorable and stuck to his word. And there are still people here sneaking in their contempt and dislike- and stronger- for him.

He is not wealthy by the standards of those in Congress. The Sanders were able to buy this house because they sold a lake house in Maine that Jane Sanders inherited.

Bashing Bernie in this passive aggressive way is contemptible.

There's no other way to look at it.

What about the 9 million in campaign funds he got to keep? Sold his house is a BS excuse.

Passive aggressive??? The socialist didn't have a job until he turned 40.  He didn't earn that money. A true socialist would have given it all back to almighty big government.

Not hearing much about his fancy audi either.  He needs to give that house to the 99% and buy a 6k one

Bernie makes out that he's one of the common people, yet he and his wife went from owning 2 to owning 3 houses, with that inheritance. Claiming to be one of the common people with that reality is more than a bit much, and whether it's hypocrisy or misrepresenting himself, it's disingenuousness that should be called out, and clearly.
